Uninstall Problem

I cannot uninstall windvd , says "files missing"
downloaded directly from windvd site.
used add/remove 2002 , reg cleaner.
all i can do is remove it from installed progs list but i want it out of my system completely !
Ive tried installing it again without any luck.
the uninstall icon is not in the windvd program folder.

i had the same problem with trillian as well; if u have nortoncleansweep, the uninstall wizard feature should delete that folder and associated dll's.
