Im using VideoStudio 5 SE full version (original CDRom). Tell me its better to uninstall VS5 before intall VS6 or its no need to do that?

errr, dunno

It's probably better to uninstall and re-install from scratch but I've never tried it.

The ulead video studio 6 full version was successfully downloaded but it requires the serial no. Do u have it?

It should be hard coded

into the application. It may not be present in yours coz you already have 5.0 installed.
