Howdy guys!

Just looking for a new burner and saw this on a site -

Will this burner have the same features as a Liteon 48x and is it really what it says - basically a Liteon with a different badge? Are they any good, shall I buy one and is it a good price!!!!!!!?????

Actually red_shed2000, these are LiteOn OEM drives that use LiteON firmwares... they even admit that ;) It will show up as a LiteOn on your system. I have a Cendyne drive that is the same. So you are really just getting some extra stickers on the front of the drive. 2 year swap out warantee aint bad either!

So you should be fine with these. BTW, have you looked...an original LiteOn is probably cheaper!
