Two to avoid !

After testing (on XP) B's recorder gold and Papayatek Tunespark I think after 5 coasters and NO successes DO NOT USE THESE TWO !!!! B's recorder at least started, did 25% then re-booted the comp ! Then did it it again, so thats off. Then tried Tunespark, which did lead in, and nothing else. Wasted disc. So tried it twice more with crappy discs and same on both. Both these progs are shite of the first order.

Could it have been my comp then ? Tried NTI straight after the last (and final - its off my comp) Tunespark, and it wrote an hour long disc of MP3's beautifully. Its never let me down.

ive been useing Tunespark for over a year now on xp
not had one coaster yet its great

try buying a better prossesor
that should help you

Phil K:

Thats the secret!
Dont change what aint broken.
New progs often mean new probs.
If the one u r using gets the job done then do you really need the hassle?

Joanna - try buying a better prossesor
that should help you.

Heh heh heh :) You can burn using a P75 or P100 if yer want, did that for over a year, in fact, when you're up against it for resources, you tend to be more resourceful... ;)

I have tried Tunespark on xp with an K6-2 350Mhz. No problems at all creating audio cds even on the fly!

Daveml - yeah, you're right. But I'm naturally inquisitive !
Strahlen - she was the one saying I needed a better cpu.
332 - good for you, but I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.
