tv tuner descramblers?

I just found out that there are tv tuner card descramblers out there from a friend and someone that works with the cable company.....so i used kazaa and sure enough they were there. I tried out most of them but they were all in german (i couldn't figure out how they work)....Are there english versions that could make my hauppauge wintv dbx catch premium channels? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
