TS_BUP Files

Can anyone shine some light for me I'm a newcomer to this CDRW thing, I am tryimg to import a previously copied wedding DVD and trying to import it to Windows Movie Maker I'm receiving a message stating that these files can't be imported due to TS_BUP files is there anyway around this? :confused:

1) Assuming your dvd is 4.37 gigs or less...

1) Use DVD Decrypter www.dvddecrypter.com and copy your dvd as an IMAGE file to your HD and then use the same program to burn it.

2) Use DVD Shrink www.dvdshrink.info to copy files to back-up disc to HD and then use Nero or whatever dvd burning software you use to burn.

@Jinty, Hi and welcome to the forums :)

is there any way you can take a snapshot of the error using the PRINTSCREEN button on your keyboard, as well as a pic of the folder containing the actual files?

this would help greatly as the issue may be obvious :)
