Trying to Cancel an AOL Account

i just cancelled my sub and had a load of tripe about special offers and how they would improve the service for 10 mins, so i just went ok sorry im being a bit ill manered but your doing your job and it aint working cause im not coming back to you, so he shut up and the man just went you will receive email in 24hours with your MAC code i was like WOW and it was done. You just need to be a bit FIRM
