trouble with flashget and myie2

i recently have had weird problems with myie2 and flashget that never happened before


1/ with myie2, i can browse and everythign ok,but when i post a response or esp. when i do a quote of someone's response, it doesnt register my post, but if i do it in regular IE, then it does post.


2/ with flashget, lately, it just freezes on me a lot during a download, and this only happens recently.

i wonder if anyone has had similar problems ...

now, see, when i just post a response in the quick post response box, it goes through ok, but when i do a quote and respond, it wont go through in myie2

Sounds like something relatively simple- most probably a bad cookie, not necessarily from this forum. Use the myIE2 cookie manager, and clean whatever you don't need.
Another reason could be a recent IE6 (SP1+) update which may cause issues in the GUI. For one thing (and in my puter), after applying the last updates in IE6 a few pages display for me funny colors when opened under myIE2.
myIE2 is a fab GUI for IE, used to use it a lot before completely switching to Mozilla.

now this is weird; i have had this problem with myi2 where if i post response via quick reply, then it goes through, but if i were to quote someone or hit the full reply button, it didnt accept my post; that happened to all the forums i belong to except winguides.com; but now since cdrbase has switched to a new software, i am able to do a full reply or quote now via myie2; before, i had to copy and paste the url over to ie or opera for it to accept my post.

Now, what would that issue be related to? i posted that question in myie2 forum, but they couldnt figure out either.

About flashget freezing up often, i emailed them but never got a response from them.
