trouble installing ac3 machine and besweet

Can anybody help?

I have downloaded zip files of AC3 machine 0.41 ver and besweet. I think I have installed them to my PC in the same directory. (how can I check)

When I try to run the programme nothing happens. I have used all the guides to show how to set up the programme but still to no avail.

Please help, it is very frustrating at the moment

There are BeSweet command Line and BeSweet GUI.
Extract BeSweet Command Line with all the neccessery dll´s then copy the BeSweet GUI at the same directory and run the GUI version.
