Try this:

Start/Run/Regedit:

Add a new DWORD Value Called EnableUDMA66 set to 1.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E96A-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000

Are you using an 80 wire cable?
40 wire cables are limited to ATA33 (UDMA 2)

And if you are, is it correctly laid out - BLUE to motherboard, as if not correctly installed, it may not be detected as 80 wire.

And try taking the slave drive off - I have a vague recollection that higher ULTRA modes (those needing an 80-wire cable) may be restricted if a non-ultra drive is on the same cable.

Yes- you need an 80-wire cable.
And since the 80-wire cables can create problems with Atapi devices, you'd better move your combo drive to the secondary channel, and keep there the 40-wire cable you use currently.

Now i got a hd master on primary, slow burner on primary-slave,and lg combo(faster burner) on secondary-master....Is this correct????If somebody can confirm this??

They all have 40 PINS, but the 80 wire cable is visibly fine in pich on the cable, and has ground lines between EVERY data line to eliminate signal crosstalk.

The colour code, if I recall, is BLUE for the Motherboard (I'm sure), BLACK for the Master (at end) and grey or brown for the Slave (in the middle).
For signal integrity, a single drive MUST be placed at the end, not the middle.

ALL Ultra ATA cables are wired to support cable select, but the positions work out opposite to a 40 wire cable select configuration, which places the slave at the end
