DVDStripper already does that

just strip everything apart from the start/end credits so you don't have to watch the crap inbetween

some DVD's have some cool menu's but the main feature is not worth mentioning

yah know guys ....... TV is gettin pretty much the same im considering programming the vcr to tape only the commercial breaks they have a more interesting plotline that has'nt been done before lol
