toast images

does anyone know of any software that will burn or extract a *.toast file on a pc? I tried using discjuggler, that didn't work. I tried renaming to iso and that didn't work also. I also heard of using a mac emulator, and if anyone can address me on how to use that. Thanks in advance.

i downloaded the toast file from hotline. So is this file useless? I can download it again though. So do i use the network console. I have the server address and login and password. How will i go about do the network thing.
