Ok, step 3 is done. And during this transition period, a lot of confusion arises. Maybe you can shed some lights on what your planned Step 4 looks like. I know you mentioned them in peices in different threads. How about summorizing them and post it?

Step 3 has started, clean up is still happening, it is NOT done. Step 4 will be posted when NB is ready and step 3 completed or near completed.

I am sorry, that things are confusing for some people right now ..
but it takes some time to clean the forum, and to keep it clean ! :)
We all are sorry about this .. but once we are done, we let you know about the future ! :)
