TMPGenc settings in DVD2SVCD ??

Could somebody please advise what are the correct settings in DVD2SVCD using TMPGenc as the encoder.

I am not using CCE as I have had too many problems. I have just chosen TMPGenc and it worked first time. Quality on the animation movie I did wasn't brilliant but I don't know whether I should have changed any settings.

e.g

Does the RATE CONTROL MODE have to be changed off Constant Quality (CQ) to either 2 pass VBR or do I choose the constant bitrate (CBR) ?

Do any of the advanced settings need to be changed ?

Is there a tutorial on DVD2SVCD conversions using TMPGenc ?
I have looked up the tuts and only talks about using CCE for DVDSVCD but no mention of settings for a high quality conversion using TMPenc.

Could somebody please let me know..thanks in advance..

If you chose TMPGEnc over CCE, then just set to VBR 2 Pass and Motion Serach on Highest Quality (very slow). This will get the best TMPGEnc can give you.
