TMPGenc Problem

When i try to load in a avi file to convert it to a mpg, it is says "file cannot open or is unsupported" Help needed Chickenman!!!

What are the Video & Audio codec used in the AVI that GSpot reports? Are they installed on your PC?

i have encountered this problem, i went into the options and then environment setting and then VAFPI tab, uncheck them all and try one at a time untill Tmpgenc works with your file, its something to do with priorities
