Just wanna let you guys know that this release does have the Audio out of sync problem FIXED!

But I run into a *personal* problem ;) cuz I am downloading some foreign old TV series and each series can have between 10-60+ episoles. Since my APEX can play UDF-102 so I burned few DVDs this way to keep the original format so I can help others with fills or repost. IOW, it's nice to burn as standard DVD but I can get around with UDF mode.

The problem that my younger brother want to watch the movies too, but his DVD player can't play UDF format, so I have to convert all VCD to standard DVD format. ;)

Luuve, I burn with Nero using the UDF/ISO option (NOT the DVD Video option!), and so far works in all settop DVD players I have tried (esp my Daewoo and Apex's). If you do UDF only mode, some players have issues ... also, try adding an AUDIO_TS folder if you don't have one; some players choke without it.

The DVDs I made use DVD-ROM (UDF) which doesn't work with my brother's Daewoo. I will give the DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO) a try sometime see if it's a better way to go.

Also, this mode excepts .MPG format right?

UFF/ISO with no Multisession, no Juliet and UDF set to 1.02 will give the best DVD Player playback compatability by far. I'm yet to find a DVD player that cant playback this combination.

Just load in your VIDEO_TS (containing the *.BUP, *.IFO & *.VOB files) and an empty AUDIO_TS folder

... MPG format files must be converted (Authored) to VOB format as ChickenMan wrote in the last line. There are several programs that will do this for you, one of the easier and cheaper is one that just came out recently, Pegasus TMPGEnc DVD Author, which goes for about $68.

I was hoping it does MPEG else I have been converting to VOB and burned as DVD. Yes, I use TMPGenc DVD Author to create VOB files and burn with Nero (my brother has no problem with this).

I will try UDF/ISO as you guys suggest
