Tmpeg is the only encoder I know that is actually multi-thread capable. I have a dual-Athlon system and when I've used Tmpeg I can encode a VCD in about 1 hour. For that reason I wanted to know if you could use the plugin there. To get better quality at a faster rate.
In my and 1000's of other users opinion, the Panasonic Encoder will NOT produce better results than TMPGEnc.
