time crisis 2

Hi,

have an original Time Crisis 2 DVD which i am trying to back up without any success, just creating coasters. Am using NERO and also diskjuggler without success, it boots up on my PS2 but just seems to hang on the NAMCO screen logo. My PS2 is chipped with a messiah chip, also my dvd writer is an Pioneer a104.

any one got any suggestions.

This is the way i back that game up....

I used the latest Prassi program( you can find it here )
Set My A03 to PIO mode( turned off the DMA in windows )

Backed it to a formated partion,reset my PC to clear the memory.
Then used Prassi again to burn.


By the way i always use FWS discs,never had a coaster with these babays

Thanks for that just a couple of questions.

1) what is PIO mode
2) are you using PRASSI PRIMO DVD 2
3) which option are you using on prassi.

ok what i have done is created a .gi image on my harddisc through prassi and then burning this *.gi image onto a dvdr. This seems to be going ok apart from 1 thing, the burning process has been going for nearly 40 minutes now and it has only done 7% am i doing something wrong?
