the new update for EZ cd creator will make me crazy

there is a new update for ez cd creator platinum 5..downloaded it and try to install the update but it fails..remove the program and install it again didn't solve the problem
the udpate working fine on winme and win98...but on winxp it didn't
any help for this...

Why dont you try a different program like Nero or one of the others.
Most people think EazyCD is not so hot! (thats being polite).
If you really need to stay with Eazy then someone will sort you out soon.

cos when i use it it makes the cd and dvd dissappear

there is a file to download it from the roxio site to help you recognize the drives you have
