in my EXPERIENCE CMC SUCK BIGTIME had more bad writes with CMC than with ANY other media and found that as soon as a burned one i could not re read the disk at all
others may have more luck MABY

Obviously worse than your Benq, though (the massive green blocks after 4.2 GB)... perhaps you should use the same drive for the DVDspeed test?
Even this should be OK for most movies, but average jitter over 10% means that the disk is unusable for DVD-A (which is true that most people don't need, anyway).
