I have removed the contents of your post. While you may have had some problems with one company, the unauthorized publishing of Genesys DTP private correspondence is in breach of copywrite.
If you want a bitch session, I suggest you find some other forum to do it with. If you have any problems with any company I suggest you take it up with them or see your lawyer.
