Synch on vcd

Just converted a few SVCD files to VCD so I can play them on my karaoke machine. I used Nero to do the conversion. Only trouble is now is that the audio is out of synch. What is the best way to re synch the audio?

there are notes on fixing audio sync.

The best way to fix the problem is to stop using Nero. Have a read here on how to do it properly with no sync problems. 1000% better quality transfer as well.

Trouble is now I no longer have the svcd's that I originally converted using Nero. What I am left with is vcd's with asynch probs. Whats the best way to get the audio back into synch on these vcd's.
