SVCD2DVDMPG+ help?

hi,

i have already sent this problem to the author, but i thought while waiting for his reply i would c if anyone has come across the same problem. Have installed the software and all requirements as per instructions but when i try to run it i get the following error message

Registration is INVALID
Validation failure due to "XmlLoad"................................

suggestions anyone?

Did you load the .NET framework version noted on his web page?
