Not realy. But can be done. In SVCD the TV scan size is 352 x 576 pix for PAL and for NTSC 480 x 576 pix. DVD video is full scan of our TV on 720 x 576 PAL and for NTSC is 720 x 480. Is bit lost of some of the screen size. It just like veiwing a DVD video on WideScreen or 16:9 Movie letter Box.
All you have to do is convert your SVCD to PAL or NTSC. Use a programme call Sonic MyDVD or Ulead Movie Factory to convert all your mpeg 2 file to VIDEO_TS Folder. Burn it using nero to write to DVD burner. From DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW. Used the search engine for soft + crack.
