convert svcd movies to avi (divx) how u do that? what progy?

I havent done this myself but a quick test shows that you can load your SVCD MPEG2 files directly into Vidomi ( d/l from h**p://www.vidomi.com ). Then follow the DVD to DivX tutorial in the Tutorial section. ( http://forum.cdrsoft.cc/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1151 )

The Vidomi encoder is released under the GNU 2.0 general public license, and is availble free of charge. No crack or serial number needed. It is only the Player compnent that is NOT released under the GNU 2.0 general public license
