SVCD sync problems

i have a SVCD Movie and it came in 2 parts and i joined the files with Tmpgenc

and then i did this

i then burned it on dvdr with Ulead moviefactory but i have audio sync problems its only out a tiny bit

Can you fix audio sync problems??

also does DVD Patcher have anything to do with the audio sync problems

but what i did with dvd patcher was

i used Ulead to create the dvd folders first VIDEOS_TS and the rest of the folers

and i then opened the DVD Patcher and patched all the video vob files Horzizontal size back to 480



Also what other softare can i use other than Tmpgenc so i can demux the files ,as i heard tmpgenc can be the problem with audio sync problems??

Some have reported better results joining the audio and video seperatly then multiplexing.

Also you might want to try SVCD2DVDMPG/SVCD2DVDMPG+.

Would you please give me a link where I can download the .NET Framework? I got to MS site but the size seems too big for what I really need... I believe it pointed me to 113M file or so which is way too big.

I thought I only need a small .DLL or driver, but not a whole beast just to try a small program ;)
