SVCD problem look !!

look !! some "lines" just when i convert the DV 2 the SVCD (not with the VCD)
i tried othre computer with other configuration i have the same result can anyone explane why plz

yes please is there a solution ??
I tried many soft as Tempenc & MGI VideoWave III ...
always the same result when i want to got MPEG2 SVCD format in PAL or NTSC !!!

Your problem is interlacing. When you convert using TMPGenc, go to Settings/Advanced/Deinterlace and for method I suggest you select Even-Odd Field (field). Move the slider and you will se the effect has gone. Encode with that turned on and all will turn out fine.
