I was going to point you to Ebuyer, but they've let me down!

Stacks of USB card readers, bay ones in USB 1 or 2, and your choice of black, silver or cream - but that's only the UK side - if they have them on the US site, they're well hidden!

Similar style - uses the internal header (apparently with a reversible cable with complementary fittings on the device, to suit two styles of mainboard) - uses one port for the reader, and repeats the other port as a front USB.

Can't say that I every used that site, but thats a fair price to pay for that device...
