Does anyone Know of a Program or a Way of getting rid of
Subtles from AVI,MPG, and so on.....Files...any feed back would be
verry helpfull...

impossible to get rid of them if they are hardcoded (embedded) into the movie files already. If however you can switch them on and off, then you could.
My guess is you are talking about the ones that are hardcoded, so you're out of luck.

For AVI's there is a Logo Remover plugin for VirtualDUB that has some success in removing hard coded subs and logos. Maybe worth a try, get it from _http://shelob.mordor.net/dgraft/delogo/delogo.html
