+ 5 new output formats (TMPlayer, Mpl, Mpl2, Dks, DVDSubtitle; incl. mods)
+ optional punctuation correction (Post OCR Correction)
+ optional orthography correction (Post OCR Correction, only Polish ATM)
+ can read MicroDVD files
- removed eventual style info from textual formats that don't support it
- Split Output File: subtitle index (when used) for each cut part set
to 1 at the beginning now {reported by resuax [Doom9's Forum]}
- I/l checkup: Scandinavian letters accepted
