ummm i downloaded these sub program things vobsub and virtualdub but i have no idea of how to get the movie working with the subs....anyone here have any guides that'll tell me EXACTLY what to do??..i tried loading the movie files with virtualdub but it just says....

Couldn't locate decompresser to format 'DIV3' and 'XVID'

VirtualDub requires a video for Windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video. DirectShow codecs, such as those used by Windows Media Player, are not suitable.

i followed the instructions and everything....but i still have this problem....

when i get to the subtitler configuration in step 3 i load up the ssa file then it tells me to click show preview....but i cant click on show preview it is "grayed" out....
