Can someone please explain to me why after burning a disk with Studio 8; You go and delete the files off your hard drive does it still appear to have taken up space. Say the file was 10gigs and then I delete it; you look in my computer it still show up as being used space ?

I have my hard drive partitioned in 3 sections. "E" being the one I use for rendering movies. Almost all the files used are too large for the recycle bin. So when you are asked you answer "yes" to permentantly delete these files. In order to free up the space you have to format that partition. Any help ?

Each of the hard drive partitioned it have there're own " Recycle Bin " Go to your rendering Harddrive, right click mouse, properties, click on the disk cleanup. That's all.:D

in studio products they create auxillary files to work with, click on the file menu and select delete auxillary files . this may help.
