Strange Discjuggler Error Message

I've been using diskjuggler for a while now, probably 9 or 10 months. About 2 months ago, my pc died on me (damn win me). And I had to reinstall everything, though this time I put Win2k on it. I used all the drivers that came with my reinstall pack (dell was nice enough to make a cd with drivers for those 2 operating systems, when I got my pc.) Well, eveything ran fine, then about I month ago my dcdivx got scratched and I finally got around to using DJ on my pc, and it came up with a error message I never saw before. So I moved on, and got the nero version of it and continued on my merry way. Well, now that there are more new versions of stuff coming out for my dc, I wanted to use it again, and it still gives me the same error messages. Well, I'm wondering if you guys know what I might need to fix it.

Just so you know the whole story, I also upgraded a few things when I got my pc fixed, so here's the stats before and after it died.

1.7Ghz P4
256 MB RDRAM
40GB HD

After
1.7Ghz P4
768MB RDRAM

This is a known issue that occurs with Windows 2000. I also received this error and installed the latest IDE controller S/W for my motherboard (in my case Intel) and everything is OK now.

I have also heard that Windows SP3 can solve the issue but I cannot confirm this.
