well ya i hve followed cm's tute on pal to ntsc. but wen i get to step 12
12. Run DVD2SVCD, in the Misc Tab select Recover. Browse to the Default Output folder and load in the "dvd2svcd project file.d2s" file, select Authoring stage (or Muxing & Cutting stage) and click Continue. You new NTSC files will begin to be muxed/authored.
it cnt seem to continue. and i also dnt get step 11.
11. Rename this new AC3 audio file to Extracted_audio_1.AC3, Encoded_audio_1.AC3 or Encoded_audio_1.mp2 depending on what DVD2SVCD was going to use in the final muxing stage.
ive tried jus authoring it in dvd lab but i get an error before the "compile dvd" menu. saying "Your project is NTSC but the 'MOVIE 1' is PAL" so i dnt kno if it'll work on my dvd player.
also after accepting the error it still shows the compile dvd menu so ive tried to make my VIDEO_TS folder. so now i played the files and the audio is not insynced with the video the audio is late 4 seconds probably.
i hope anyone can help me thnx in advance.
