Some may have seen that i was experiencing problems with getting backups to work on my standalone player. On the official compatibility chart the player was meant to be OK. I used to use the orange bulkpaq but i was experiencing skipping only when playing in a standalone. i use a NEC 1300a burner with lastest firmware. i was advised on this forum to use better quality GO4 discs. When testing the discs with nero they allways have 100% quality on surface scan. But the skipping has got a lot worse with these new discs. I have produced 10 backups but only finding nemo worked and that was using the orange discs.
