Still cannot do the 8 to 8.05 update!!

I still cannot do the update, nothing has changed. Pinnacle is great, they have no redord of my account or email address so I re-register and still get wrong email address error on their help site??? Am I the only one who is getting screwed by this company???? I have PURCHASED both :confused: version 7 and 8!!!!!
