They are all decent toys for undemanding tasks. You shouldn't expect too much, but they are easier to use, and on par or better than other similarly priced products (my preference is version 4, by the way).
Of course for some more cash you can get a serious restoration tool (Diamond Cut Millenium, at $100), or if you are a real pro the cream (Waves Restoration Bundle, for a measly $ 1,200). But for basic tape input cleaning, and with a lot of care for vinyl, Clean! should be just OK for its price. I cannot recommend the Plus version- once upon a time their RIAA preamp was decent for the price, but the one currently included is an el cheapo USB noise maker.
