Startup app

I made a screenshoot of my startup appz and dont know for few of them do i need`em and what they are...Any tips(*clues)are more then welcome,as i dont have a slightest idea why are they there???
App starting with nv(red dot infront)...Btw..that red dot means that its important-shouldnt be removed??or what??

Syspool???Can that be a stealtdisk and do i need that for proper functioning of steathdisk application????

Found some answers

But still..........That proggy with a red dot is a puzlle for me?????Might be connected with a nvidia,couse i got their video card??

Yep zver, as far as i know the nvcpldaemon is the part of the driver that loads Ur settings (openGL/DirectX/colour correction) 4 the card, nvwiz U can safely delete, i do & have never had any probs, but U might want 2 keep it if U have a tv tuner on the card as it assigns profiles 2 it

I think they have NVCPLDaemon wrong on "overclocking" though - it's more likely required if you overclock using the "coolbits" option to enable the settings panel, though probably not if you use a different method.

Also confirms Syspool / Mssvc.exe as being stealthdisk
