I have a win98SE machine which I have just built with some spare parts.
The problem I am having is when I press the on button on the machine it doesn't initialise, the power comes on, the cd drawer can open but it does not go through its post or brings the monitor on.
I I leave it for 10mins and press the start button it comes on as normal and boots into windows, also when in windows if I want to restart the machine on close down it will do that okay, but as soon as shut down the machine in Windows for to close it won't start for about 10 mins.
I was using the onboard Grahics Card, now I have changed it to a pci graphics card but it still does the same.
Any help on this would be appreciated
