Hi all,

I have just got the DVD of Episode 2 and I want to make it into both VCD and DivX.

My problem is that if I run the first VOB file, the sequence where the "A long time ago in a galaxy far far away" shows, it doesn't just show it in english but in all the languages put on the DVD. This continues until the actors starts talking. I tried running the DVD through PowerDVD and played through the menu and this occurance didn't happen so...

My question is, how do I tell VCD programs or DivX programs to only use the one language?

have you gone through the tutorials by ChickenMan & found that they display this? or are you thinking because when you playback the vob file that it shows the other language the same thing will occur when you encode?

i had the same problem when i did phantom menace cant for the life of me figure out why! but i think it was the ripper i was using (smartripper 2.41) gone back to 2.40
