stand alone player SYNC problems

Hey All,

I have a stand alone DVD player, Toshiba SD-2600, that has sync problems when I play SCVD's. The SVCD plays fine on PC using PowerDVD, there are no sync issues at all. However when I play it on the Toshiba the sound is not in time with video. I made the SVCD's using VCDeasy and Nero.

Arr.. "I made the SVCD's using VCDeasy and Nero." Does that suggest you used Nero to actuall "make" the svcd and VCDEasy to burn it? A bit more info please on how you actually produced the files ready to burn to CD.

oh ok,

I downloaded a number of files that were encoded as mpeg2, these files played FINE in media player and PowerDVD. I then burnt the files trying BOTH Nero and VCDeasy. The SVCD played fine using PowerDVD. However when I tried it on my Toshiba I had the problem where the Audio and Video were not in time.
