Split picture

Can anyone explain this done football fantasy with clone dvd works perfect on my pc dvd player and my stand alone JCV player ,but on my jvc dvd/video combi the picture is split vertically this has happened a few times now but on other machine it works perfect. have done other films and works on the combi ok same software same make dvds .

You have change you resolution to a dvd compatible one ie 352x480 or 720x480. I had the same problem with one of my players, now it plays fine
