sound not matching picture

When I burn dvd to disk via nero it usually works very well. However when i burn good picture quality divx films the sound seems to follow the picture. Any ideas?

I download films from warez usually, then once complete check the file which seems fine to watch on the pc. However, when I burn it to dvd via nero - add video files, then the sound follows the picture by a couple of seconds. This does not happen to all films just divx!
