Yep looks interesting, maybe Sony also thinks the DVD+R is not the answer to DVD burning with the release of this unit. At leaset they are sitting on the fence this time.

nice drive .... nice nfo ...I think I will go for it ...but not cause of its +R/RW abilities ...cause of 4x -R !!! and 2x -RW ...
