Sonic Foundry Vegas 4.0d was out

The scrollbar repeat delay and rate now match standard Windows scrollbars (which are based on your mouse double-click speed).

A change in the bit rate display of the Windows Media 9 Custom Settings dialog now correctly matches the internal save format of the settings.

A bug that caused segmented .avi renders to fail on disks formatted as FAT32 has been fixed.

A bug in the Gaussian Blur plug-in that caused a brightness drop in the zero setting has been fixed.
