some advice on bitrate with dvd2vcd please

i am trying to put together a vcd of dbz eposode

80min cds and i want to make it 1 cd, can someone tellme how to do this
i know it is something to do with the bitrate but cant remeber, i have gone through the forum trying to find something about it but cant find it, so any help would be appreciated

You can only get a 79min or less VCD onto an 80min (with no overburning) so if the movie is say 75 min long, in the DVD2SVCD's Bitrate tab, for the line that starts with "Between 50 and 76" then it should read fully as "Between 50 and 76 min Use 1 CD size 800" .
