software program to add files to existing files on cd/dvd

i have just joined the website,and would like to say hello to everybody,and it looks a very interesting and helpful site.
my question is.
i would like to find software which i can add data files onto a cd or dvd with data files on already.
i have used nti 6.0,but it cant find my dvd liteon 832s,and nero doesnt seem to be able to do it either.
i am using win98se.
burnoncd/dvd doesnt do it.nice easy program though.
perhaps someone will know of a program here hopefully?
i have aspi 4.60 drivers loaded.

If the disk is closed, it cannot be added to - and Multisession on DVD is a Nero kludge that nobody recommends.

Looks like you'll have to take the files and write them to a new one, making additions at that time.

i always make multisessions with nero and never had a problem,with rnm4.50 too,only bao gave me a problem with it,but that was couse my drive was unsuported(lg-48x burner)..also im talking about cdr-not dvd..
