BEST BUY S&*%S!!! You would think a big US corporation like them wouldn't have these problems all the time!!! The web site is down all the time!!!! By the way don't except any good customer service from them either. Just my 2 cents.

I don't like bestbuy either but this is just a good deal. Last year the laptop that I purchased from them had a crack in the monitor and they wanted to charge me $1000 dollars more than toshiba did to replace it. The site is finally backup and the deal is still good.
