Yep is the best IMHO, don't like the awful new Gui for ease of use though after trying & trying to get used to it. But the good news is you can also switch back to the good ole "Classic" view too at a click.

MWSnap is a great freeware alternative, and more than adequate for "normal" Screen captures. Or Printscreen and then paste into your favourite graphics app.
