slow scrolling and insertion

When I type in this forum and other web related pages my insertion tab is very slow. So slow that I do not see what I am typing until after I'm done with the sentence. My scrolling bar is very slow too.

In Word and e-mail, the functions work normally.

Try another web browser. If you still have the same problem then it's probably a Microsoft issue. If not then your browser may have become corrupted somehow.
